Platform Rockers, STR6 & SRT9, Stuart*
The Stuart Rockers provide
smooth mixing, ideal for low foaming agitation, DNA extractions, staining and
de-staining gels, cell cultures, etc.
Choice of gentle gyratory motion, or
more vigorous side to side ‘see-saw’ shaking action. Both models have a metal
construction with a platform fitted with an anti-slip mat. The angle of tilt is
easily adjustable using the spanner provided. Mixing speed is variable from 10
to 70 rpm. Electronic feed-back control ensures the set speed is accurately
maintained.
An accessory rack for platelet agitation is also available. The
rack is constructed from plastic coated steel, is autoclavable and simply
locates on top of the platform.
