Incubate 8 to 20 Micro-Tubes in a Beaker of Water

The perfect rack for use in microbiology and immunology labs. Made especially for use with beakers, the space-saving round Bubble Racks are ideal for small quantities of tubes. The racks are filled from the top and tubes are easily removed by pressing the rack down on the bench until the legs touch, releasing the tubes. Molded of buoyant TPX® brand polymethylpentene with tiny bubbles throughout for additional buoyancy. Tube holes are arranged in a circular pattern. 10.8mm diameter holes fit 1.5ml microtubes and 7.7mm holes fit 0.5ml tubes. Racks are 6.4mm (1/4") thick with 19mm (3/4") legs and a center rod handle. Steam autoclavable at 121º C (250ºF). Can boil at 100°C (212°F) for 30 minutes.
