Basic Immersion Thermostat, IKA* Works
For tempering liquids in open vessels
Ideal for temperature control up to 100°C (212°F) in open containers. (Depth
of bath must be at least 57/8 in. [15.0cm]).
Use with IKAMAG RO
Multiplate Magnetic Stirrers (14-259-148, 14-259-150, 14-259-152) as a complete
tempering and mixing unit for stirring and accurate temperature control of up to
15 samples. Constant temperature adjustment of ±2K enables closely comparable
test conditions for all test terminals. Control knob is calibrated for accurate
temperature setting.
A 1500w heater provides
quick heating. Adjustable safety limiter of 20° to 85°C (68° to 185°F)
ensures safe use of unit. Dimensions: 51/2L x 53/8W x 12 in.H (14.0 x 13.5 x
30.5cm).

supervised use. Not for use with combustible liquids. Complies with DIN 57 789,
DIN 12879 Cl.0 and VDE 0789.
