Traceable® Platinum RTD Thermometer
High-precision, durable thermometer with platinum RTD probe, and linear
"fuzzy logic" chip for wide temperature-range operation.
Ideal for experimental applications and in severe environments. Reproducible
one-button operation minimizes operator error in quality control environments.
Use to measure temperatures in soil, foods, ovens, cuvets, gas systems,
reagents, water baths, wastewater, incubators, chemical solutions, petroleum
products, and extreme cold.
Platinum (100ohm) four-wire RTD probe can be used in liquids, air/gas, and
semisolids. Operates over extra-wide switch-selectable temperature ranges: -200°
to +800°C and -328° to +1472°F. Resolution: 0.01° below 200° and 0.1°
above 200°. Accuracy: ±0.1% plus 0.2° below 200°, ±0.15% plus 0.5° above
200°. Probe range: -58° to 752°F (-50° to 400°C).
Features HOLD button to
freeze display and capture reading. Also includes fail-safe display to indicate
low-battery and probe condition, and easy-to-read high-contrast LCD with 1/2
in.H (1.3cm) digits. Readings are updated 21/2 times every second.
Comes with thermometer unit,
9V battery, and probe with 40 in. (102cm) cable. (Probe measures 6 in.L; overall
length, 12 in..) Individually serial-numbered Traceable* Certificate is provided
from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates
traceability to standards provided by NIST. Unit dimensions: 11/4L x 3W x 7 in.H
(3.2 x 7.6 x 17.8cm). Weight: 9.5 oz. (269g).
