This small, compact, tangent galvanometer provides an uncomplicated method for demonstrating magnetic field direction of electric current. It also demonstrates that deflection of a magnetic needle is proportional to current. It becomes a simple way for students to understand the internal workings of meters. The unit is constructed on an attractive black acrylic base. Requires 1.5 volt DC power source. Includes; instruction manual, compass and connector cords.
