Poly-Jaque All Plastic Lab Jack
Corrosion Resistant Jack Holds 10 Times Its Own Weight
The Poly-Jaque™ Lab Jack supports hot plates, flasks, beakers, baths and other lab items up to 6.8 Kg. (15 lb.) on a sturdy, flat top plate. Molded entirely of strong polycarbonate, and assembled with no metal parts, the jack is electrically non-conductive and can be immersed in a bath or used in corrosive environments. A large height adjusting knob allows accurate positioning at any height from 76 mm (3") to a fully extended range of 30cm (12"). The smooth, easy to clean top plate has a large diameter of 21 cm (8.25") and has a molded in position to install a vertical support rod (see accessory 60-183910002). Both top and bottom plates may be drilled for permanent attachment to bench or lab equipment with screws or bolts. Steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F).
NOTE: The lab jack is not intended to be used to lift weight from its bottom position. Place the weight on the top plate only after raising to the desired height.
