Magdem Board - Demonstration Magdem Board for Physics
Our very popular Magdem Board or "Magnetic Demonstration Board" allows for
setup of experiments in minutes. We have replaced the chalkboard finish on the steel board with a more modern covering
for the utilization of dry erase markers on the board to mark any necessary
formulas, angles, weights, etc.. This new covering is a bright white plastic material that resists scratching much more than the slate paint. It is also more visual, durable and many classrooms prefer it to the traditional black board.
All major components have powerful magnets for placement on the board. Possible
demonstrations are as follows:
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd class levers
- Inclined planes
- Friction
- Torque
- Hooke's Law
- Harmonic motion
- Pulleys, Trusses & Booms
- Collision balls
- Pulleys may hold 1,000 grams of weight. (Weights are not included.)
